Ø Our rooms only accommodate two guest. There will be a 20 dollar charge per person
for extra guest.
Ø RESERVATIONS will be held with a Master
Card, Visa, or American Express card or a check for 50% of your stay or the full amount for a one night stay.
Ø Deposits must be received in 10 days.
Sales tax of 7% is an additional balance and is due upon arrival.
Ø CANCELLATIONS: Any reservation cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged
for the entire stay unless room is rebooked. Any cancellation eight days or more prior to arrival will be charged a twenty-five
dollar handling fee.
Ø DEPARTURES: Check-out is 11 am.
Ø CHILDREN: Our facility has no special accommodations for children (highchairs, cribs,

seats etc.)
Ø PETS: No. You may enjoy playing with reef who sometimes comes by for his daily swim off the dock in Kings Creek.
Ø SMOKING: No smoking inside! Sand buckets are available for your use on the back porches.
Ø Check in time is 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM after 6 special arrangements must be made.
