Comments: My sister and I stayed overnight in July, on our way to the Outer Banks. We were more than pleased with our comfortable and cheery accomodations and spectacular views. However, we were most astounded by Tim's incredible culinary skill and inate sense of food pairings! Living so close to NYC, we consider ourselves to be culinary snobs, but from the first bite of the dinner roll, to the last crumb of my dessert, it was a fabulous experience. We are considiering a weekend jaunt just to go back to eat!! Kudos to Tim! We highly recommend Mariah's Tower. In fact, we have already told all our friends!

Comments: We have dined 4 times, and stayed 3 times at this establishment. After having styaed and dined at some of the finest places in the country, we consider Tim's cluinary direction to be outstanding. It is by far the nicest palce I have eaten on the Eastern Shore, and most of Hampton Roads. While most of the sauces are not made the classical way, from scratch, it would be hard for most people to distinguish the difference. The service team is friendly, although not very knowledgable regarding the food, but we are going there to eat, not research culinary homework. Tim Deffinetly knows his French Cusine, and uses local ingredients to their best abbilities. The lodgings are nice, although not 5 star by any means. The best part though, is that they don't try to be something they're not. It is nice to have that down home feeeling you get when you stay there. The views of the creek are out of sight at sunset.

Comments: For an exquisite and luxurious weekend, be sure to visit with Tim and Melanie. His culinary prowess is ledgendary and Melanie's charm and accommodating personality will make your stay memorable. Check in for a romantic weekend.

We made friends with a local realtor after looking at property on Virginia's Eastern Shore last May. So of course we had to stop and say hello on our way to the Outer Banks in August! David recommended that we all meet at Mariah's and we were not disappointed! Elegant charm, a fantastic menu and a rousing game of billiard's later, we all agreed that Mariah's would be a definite stop on our yearly trek from Long Island to the outer Banks!
